We can lead online Laughter Workouts for businesses, organisations and communities, designing every session for your group. 

Sessions might be a quick boost of 15-20 minutes, or a more in depth 40-60 minute session.  They can be based on Laughter Yoga games, or in combination with ideas from therapeutic laughter.

We currently use Zoom as our platform.
