All of our directors practice the Sudarshan Kriya. For us all, it is an incredibly powerful way of letting go, lowering stress, and tuning in to greater joyfulness.

Because of it's impact, Robin has been a volunteer teacher in the North West of England since 2010, leading The Happiness Program and guided meditations both in person and on-line.   

The Happiness Program teaches simple wisdom, breathing techniques, and the Sudarshan Kriya as its centrepiece.  The fee for the program is set by The Art Of Living Education (UK) Limited and all courses in the UK are listed here.
